Our custom equipped bakery, including a 30 pan steam injected oven, bakes six nights a week. Our delivery trucks leave every morning to service our restaurant clients across the city as the breads are being stocked on our shelves. Traditional Italian breads such as hearth baked Italian, Ciabattas, Focaccias, Rustics Italians and Sour Dough are always available. They do sell fast however, so it is always advisable to call ahead and reserve a loaf. Other specialty breads such as Cracked Wheat, Milwaukee Rye, and Fougasse are daily staples for customers!
